  • The registration fee does not include accommodation, travel or incidental costs.
  • The seminar organizer reserves the right to cancel or change the content, timing and speakers of the program without notice.
  • In the event of natural or man-made causes that are beyond our control, the conference organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event or change venue without incurring liability to attendees.
  • The information you provided in your registration form may be used to contact you about any student related events and/or may be shared with event sponsors or partners unless you explicitly request otherwise.
  • Attendees agree to allow your photo or video to be taken on-site by the official photographer and to be used for any legitimate promotional purpose by the event organizer.
  • All attendees are expected to conduct themselves civil and responsibly Any form of abusive behavior will result in ejection from the seminar without refund.
  • By registering to attend the seminar, all attendees agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions. It is the attendee's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. Attendees hereby also indemnify event organizer and agents against and holds it harmless from all or any loss or damage, injury, actions, proceedings or claims arising from any act or omission of the attendee during the course of the seminar.

Cancellation

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. Where written cancellation is received on or before April 6, 2018, attendees will receive a full refund of the amount paid less HK$200 administration fee. There will be no refund for cancellation received from April 7, 2018 onwards. Substitutions of attendee may be made at any time at no extra charge, subject to requests being received in writing and approved by the Seminar Organizer.

The presentations will be conducted in English.
